Mosunmola Abudu, or Mo Abudu as she is more commonly known, is a movie and TV producer, talk show host, media personality, human resources management consultant, entrepreneur and a philanthropist.
She was born in the UK, but at age 7, her family relocated to Lagos, Nigeria, after which she was sent to stay with her grandparents at their cocoa farm in Ondo State, in south-western Nigeriam.
Mo Abudu launched Ebony Life Television on 1 July 2013. Located at Tinapa Resort in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria, Ebony Life TV has been founded with a mission to create "Original, Premium and Inspiring content with an African Soul that showcases the best of Africa for a Global Black audience.
Using her film production company,Ebony Life Films, Abudu has produced "Fifty," directed by Biyi Bandele in 2015, and "The Wedding Party", directed by Kemi Adetiba in 2016.
Abudu lives in Lagos, and enjoys international travel to London, Paris in France, New York City in the United States, Cape Town, and Johannesburg in South Africa. She has a son and a daughter:
